The Welcome Garden is located at the northeast corner of Bridge Street and Herbison Road at the southern entrance to the City of DeWitt. This garden is a mixed bed of trees, shrubbery, perennials, annuals, and hardscape. Along with the City’s digital billboard, it welcomes motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
